Founder Director. Special interest in reproductive endocrinology,assisted reproduction & high risk obstetrics.One of the pioneers in setting the trend of infertility practice in India & credited with 2nd test tube baby of India. 30 years of undergraduate & postgraduate teaching experience in University of Mumbai. At present Honorary Prof. & Head of obstetrics and gynaecology Bombay hospital Institute of Medical Science(BHIMS). She is honorary consultant to Armed Forces Medical Services & was the president of(FOGSI) Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecologists of India in the year 2003.She is a member of FIGO advisory panel in reproductive medicine. Invited faculty in various national and international conferences & has to her credit more than 100 publications & peer review in national & international journals.
Late Dr. Mehro Hansotia, MD; FRCOG
She was one of the founder directors of the clinic with special interest in reproductive endocrinology, assisted reproduction. One of the pioneers in setting the trend of infertility practice in India & credited with 2nd test tube baby of India.
We are indebted to her husband Mr. Dara Hansotia who played a pivotal role in establishing the centre and in managing initial administrative aspects of the centre.
